I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

HI I'M CATHERINE. I am incredibly thankful to have found a business in an industry that I love.... Personal Development.
I am happily married with two amazing boys, Beau (5yrs) and Arlo (3yrs), currently living in St. Catharines, Ontario.
I was a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 15years, also working part time in the hospitality industry as a server and bartender. I burnt out! I love helping people, but I found I was helping everyone else and I was being left behind. I needed to take a step back, so I went in a completely different direction and got a job in the financial sector. Not my passion, but I needed a drastic change. At this point, I had already been looking for a business where I could work and travel, doing something that I love, but that could also provide me time to spend with my family. Travel has always been a huge part of my life. Something I wanted to share with my boys.
So after some time in the financial world and working on myself, I resumed my search for my dream job. I came across an ad that spoke to me, so I figured I would pop my details in the website to at least have a conversation. Right away I just knew this was where I needed to be. I felt it in my gut.
This shot was taken in Puerto Angel, Oaxaca. We backpacked Mexico and Guatemala for our honeymoon.
